Perabut Seong Aik ( now known as Steady Furniture & Trading (known as PSA ) was established on 2 July 1972 by founder Teoh Yew Luan (PJK). The company located at Lot 55, Kg Pulau Ketam. Mk Gelong, Jitra Kubang Pasu , 06000 Kedah , Malaysia . At the beginning he only started & involved in small wood-based furniture activities (custom design, make & decoration). He believes in "hard work, good service & on time delivery". Thus he has received a 14-year of long-term contract with Ministry of Education for school's furniture (reading table, laboratory table, bench & chair...Etc). Before he left the world on 20/02/92 , he had handed over all his business to his 3 sons (Mr. Teoh Yan Chin (CEO), Teoh Yau Gi (Director) & Teoh Yan Thong @ Teoh Yau Kang (Director)). With their strong teamwork, intelligent planning & well organization, they have obtained several projects including from oversea in a very short period. Due to the business grows fast, purchases of machinery are essential to elevate the productivity simultaneously lighten the traditional handwork duty.

Today, PSA has owned more than 29 units of local made & imported converting machines such as Ban saw, Radial arm saw, Thicknesser, Auto back knife lathe, Six-Handed Timber Molder, Miter Saw, Cut-off Saw, Copy Shaper Sander, Surface Planer, Oscillating Tenoner, Round Tod Machines, Horizontal Sander, Sliding Table Saws, Double End Sander, Automatic Drill, Bench Drill & Blade Grinder, Spray Booth, ...etc
